SHIPPING POLICY

All Custom Bags ship within 2-3 weeks of your order. All Ready Made Bags ship with in 5 business days of your order. All bags ship via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery). Orders from $1-150: $9.50 shipping & orders over $150: $15.50 shipping. If shipping to an address within California, sales tax will be added. If shipping to an address outside of California, there will be no sales tax added.

ORDER STATUS

After your purchase, an email is sent to you confirming your order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery for Custom Bag orders and up to five business days for delivery of Ready Made Bag orders via USPS Priority Mail. If you need further assistance regarding the status of your order, you may email. Please include the name and order number. We will respond within 2 business days.

RETURN/EXCHANGE

We want you to be happy with your Hilside Bags purchase! If you are, for any reason, unhappy with any item that you have purchased from Hilside Bags, you may exchange it to us within 14 days of receipt for an online store credit. We only accept exchanges for purchases from our online store or when purchased directly from hilside bags at a retail show. Products purchased through other Hilside Bags retailers must be returned to the retailer and are subject to the retailer’s individual store policy. Unfortunately we cannot accept exchanges on any sale items, custom orders or international orders. Items must be returned with their original packaging in perfect condition. Items must be shipped via USPS or UPS or FedEx and insured for their full value. Shipping charges are not credited and return shipping will be paid by the customer. Please email hilary@hilsidebags.com to obtain a RA (return authorization)# and additional details on how to proceed with your return.
